My Big Preschooler
I can't believe my sweet baby boy is in preschool! He is going to Bee Bright and his teachers are Mrs. Baird and her sister Joann. Mrs. Baird was my first grade teacher, and his Dad's too! I thought that was pretty neat. He was so excited.. until the morning of. When Daddy and I took him in the doors he was so scared. We had to leave and I think he cried for a minute.. but when I picked him up.. he said 'I cried but then I gived up and now I love school!' :) Today was his second day and he didn't even hold my hand going in. Just looked at me and said 'bye mom!'. I think I got a bit more teary eyed today than I did yesterday. It was his first show and tell day and it had to be something blue so last night I asked him what he wanted to take and he was set on his blue hair gel.. Haha. This morning he ended up taking a little blue car instead.

Goodness they grow fast! I will CRY for days when Calee starts preschool haha. Good thing I have a while;) He is the cutest boy ever Jaq!
ReplyDeleteHey, I live in Herriman (southwest corner of the SL valley) so I am about 30 - 40 mins from you - I think. I am right by the new Oquirhh Mountain Temple if you know where that is. We would love to have you come if you want! We usually don't start till about 8:00 at night (after kids are in bed.) If you can't make it but want a kit, my husband works up by the airport and could probably meet up with you somewhere. Let me know!
