Cake Boss

Okay, I hate saying that I'm a horrible cook. But fact is fact. Hehe. I've never really given 'cooking' or 'baking' a chance- but I just have absolutely no interest in doing either one of those. I can craft up a storm... You piss me off, you better watch for me and my glue gun ;) Lol.
I always tell my Mom that if I ever get married, my husband better be the cook cuz it just won't happen.
I can make soup.... but HELLO EASY!

Would you believe it if I said I have never baked a cake or cupcakes? Haha. It's true.
Horrible, huh?
So this weekend is Jackson's birthday parties. And I really don't want to go buy cupcakes or a cake... SO... I am going to be baking them myself.
I am excited but nervous.
I may or may not post pictures...
And I already know my expectations are too high because I've been looking at these friggin' beauties:

but in reality, they will end up really simple like this..
