Happy Thanksgiving

I can't believe it's Thanksgiving! The end of this year is just flying by. It seems like it was just Jackson's birthday, then Halloween, then my sweet baby girl was born, now it's Thanksgiving and in the blink of an eye it'll be Christmas! I am grateful for so many things and I just want to get a few down.

- My kids! They truly make me, ME. I never imagined a love like I have for my children and like they have for me. It's amazing. I thank God every day for giving me the opportunity to take care of these two little angels!
- My mama. She has stood by my side through thick and thin. Not having my Dad here for so long, I'm sure, has brought us a lot closer. She is my best friend and I couldn't ask for a better one!
- FAMILY. My family doesn't get together much, but in the end, I have a brother, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, and lots of other family members that would be here in a heartbeat if it was ever needed. My Dad's family has stayed the closest with us and I love them so much!
- Snow. Yeah, crazy, huh. I just love looking at the beautiful scenery here in Utah. It's one of those things that just makes you think how lucky you are. I love snuggling when it's cold at night and I love wearing long socks and boots. I. Love. Utah.
- A warm home in a nice neighborhood, in a nice town. Grantsville is home. I have lived here for 20 years and I will probably for the rest of my life. I want my kids to have the security that I have had my entire life. I am grateful that I can go knock on the neighbors door to help me fix something, or watch Jax for a minute. Living in this town is something I am forever thankful for!
- Gold Bond Anti Itch cream. HAHA. Seriously. I have a postpartum rash, ick. I have never had rash in my life and it's bad. I don't know what I would do without that cream. It's a life saver. :)
- Wal Mart's good deals. Jackson wanted to be a photographer when mommy was sleeping the day after Jentri came home and he broke the camera. :( So finally, yesterday, I made a trip to Wally World in hopes they had a good deal on a new one..... Well I found one! Woo! I got a Kodak, 12 megapixel, somethin' somethin' (it's super nice), taxes and all, for $84! I could not believe it. I don't think I have ever spent less than $140 on a camera. I also got a memory card for $12.88 that holds 1700 pictures! Woah! Haha. I am so excited for Jax to come home today so I can be the mama that I am and take a billion pictures of my sweet babies!

I know this doesn't even begin to touch on all the blessings that I have or am thankful for, but it's what is on my mind right now and it was nice reflecting on them. :) I'm sure there will be a much longer post later on because I finally have a camera again! ;)

Wishing you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
