Halloween - Arghhhh

On Thursday the 28th, Jackson had his preschool halloween party and parade. I got him ready and dropped him off and I bawled like a baby! He was so excited. I got out of the car to take a picture and he told me to get back in the car.. like always. Lil stinker. :) I sat in front of Soelberg's to watch them walk past. I recorded it and it probably isn't the best video.. haha. I had my camera in one hand and my camcorder in the other. AND on top of that, Jackson's costume was falling off! It was hilarious. I tried to fix it but he was getting left behind so I just tucked it up and let him go.
It's been 3 years and it's still pretty hard for me to get used to split holidays. I just don't like it! This year Jackson went and got his pictures done with his Dad so I didn't get him until about 4:30.. he was already all dressed in his costume so we hung out for a few at home and Jax really wanted to get our trick or treating in so off we went! We literally went to like... 5 houses, then he passed out. I was so bummed! It was fun while it lasted though. And luckily the kid is smart and took a handful of candy from each of the 5 houses we went to. HAHA. Next year, I'm stealing the morning shift for sure! ;)
