Well since it's the last day of January, I will list my short term goals for February.
- Work out at least 4 times a week the entire month. Reason being... I used to go for a 2 mile walk every day... now I don't go at all. I think exercise is really important, mostly for your own sanity. I am not a big gym person(although a whopping $40 comes out of my account on the 5th of every month for my gym membership that I used 3 or 4 times last January...), but it really does help clear my mind and I could use some ease of stress this next month. My mom gets super onery if she isn't able to go for her outside walk every day. :)
Also... I'm going to Vegas in April and it would be nice to drop a few pounds so I can look half decent in shorts and a swim suit!
- Craft once a week. Hair bows, picture frames, name blocks... I want to have either the kids room, the living room, or my bedroom decor complete by the end of February. I will finish one each month for the next 3 months.
- Don't spend a dime on eating out for the month. It's easy on my week with Jax because I cook dinner every night and I'm able to bring leftovers to work for lunch, but on my week without him, I find myself not eating dinner and just running some place quick for lunch... it adds up and not only do I want to build my savings but I really want to start cooking more often. It's cheaper, healthier, and I personally enjoy homemade food! :)
- Suprise some people with home made gifts. Just because. (That means I will be crafting more than once a week. ;) WOO!)
- Sew a blanket. I am itching to be a sewer. Have been for a long time, and now that I know how to work the sewing machine... what's in my way? :)
I could probably name a million more, but these are a few that I will accomplish in the month of February. :)
